When you contact Dekorum or submit a quote, we may collect your name, legal or business name, email address, telephone number, project and installation addresses, preferred contact method, notes, product selections, measurements, configuration details and quote information.
The website may also process limited technical information, such as an IP address, to operate the site, prevent duplicate submissions, apply rate limits and protect the service.
How we use it
- Prepare, review and respond to your product or project request.
- Create a private lead and send the quote copy to you and Dekorum.
- Coordinate measurements, product details, installation and follow-up.
- Maintain site security, diagnose errors and meet legal obligations.
The site does not collect card or bank information and does not process online payments. Displayed deposit and total figures are quote terms only.
Storage and disclosure
Quote submissions are stored as private WordPress lead records and sent through the website email system. Information may be handled by service providers that support website hosting, email delivery, maintenance or project fulfilment. Dekorum does not sell or rent your personal information.
We limit use and retention to the purposes described above and to business or legal requirements. We apply safeguards appropriate to the information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and access
You may ask whether Dekorum holds personal information about you and request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Some information may need to be retained for legal, contractual or record-keeping reasons.

Website tools and updates
Printing and copying a contract use your browser or device. Essential WordPress or hosting technologies may be used to operate and secure the site. Dekorum does not intentionally use advertising-tracking tools in this approval build.
